Can anyone find a gradual wakeup sunrise alarm clock without all the bells and whistles.I want a SIMPLE to operate alarm clock for only one person, with the means to have ONLY the gradual sunrise option (and the gradual sunrise needs to be a long one, maybe 45 minutes to 1 hour?)

Hi! I totally get what you’re looking for — sometimes you just want a simple, no-fuss sunrise alarm clock without all the extras. Fortunately, there _are_ a few solid options out there that focus just on the gradual wake-up feature without overwhelming you with tech.

A lot of people recommend the **Philips SmartSleep Wake-Up Light** (models like HF3500 or HF3520). They’re known for being reliable and easy to use, and you can set a long gradual light increase (up to 60 minutes). It doesn’t require an app or Wi-Fi, so it’s great if you just want something straightforward.

Another one to consider is the **JALL Wake-Up Light**. It’s a bit more affordable and still offers customizable sunrise durations without too many confusing features. It’s a favorite for people who want that gentle wake-up but don’t need smart functions.

You might also want to look into the **Loftie Lamp** — while it’s a bit more modern, it’s designed with simplicity and wellness in mind, and it has a clean sunrise simulation feature without loud alarms or complex settings.

I know how hard it can be to find something _simple_ these days, so hope this helps narrow it down a bit!

Go for Lumie Bodyclock or Philips SmartSleep — both allow long gradual sunrise with sound turned off.
