In the winter when the heat comes on at about 6 am after I’ve been been sleeping comfortably in a cool room, that sudden increase in temperature makes me start to have vivid and emotional dreams and I wake up with the worst brain fog or sleep inertia. I still feel angry and upset from the dream like it was traumatic and I can’t get going or feel awake. It’s not night sweats or sleeping hot. It’s just whenever the temperature increases in the room. I close the vent and put towels over it . Does anyone know what this is??
