Best Cervical Pillow, Expert Guide to Choose

I researched the best cervical pillow because my physiotherapist advised me to change my pillow because of constant stiffness and morning headaches. I have been experiencing really bad neck tension lately, especially when I wake up. I went through recommendations from trusted sources like Healthline and also compared a lot of discussions from people on Reddit, and these two kept standing out as strong options:

Saatva Latex Pillow

EPABO Contour Memory Foam Pillow
https://www.amazon.com/EPABO-Orthopedic-Sleeping-Ergonomic-Cervical/dp/B07BKVG42X?th=1

However, I am having trouble deciding which one would be better for me and I would love to get your expert advice. I am hoping maybe some chiropractors, physical therapists, or people who have dealt with similar neck pain can also share their experience.

I usually sleep on my side but sometimes switch to my back, so I’m not sure which one would be more suitable for me. Would a contoured cervical pillow like the EPABO be better, or would the adjustable-feel and different height options of the Saatva make more sense for a combination sleeper?
Has anyone here actually used either of these? Which one would you personally recommend for side and back sleeping? Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
