I’m new to the Sleep Doctor community and wanted to introduce myself. I’ve recently been trying to improve my overall sleep quality and learn more about healthy sleep habits, so I thought this would be a great place to connect with others and learn from real experiences.
I’m especially interested in topics like sleep routines, insomnia, sleep apnea, improving nighttime recovery, and finding practical ways to wake up feeling more rested and energized. I’ve also been reading about things like mattresses, pillows, sleep tracking, and how stress and screen time can affect sleep quality.
