Obtaining a replacement MAD overseas

I’ve successfully used a MAD from Panthera Sleep out of Canada. My last purchase was in 2020 and it has recently broken, (I stepped on it).

My sleep Dentist retired and I moved to Panama. I contacted Panthera and all that they need to print a new device for me is an intra oral scan, to adjust for any changes in my teeth since 2020. I have had my dentist here do the scan and reach out to them to make arrangements but they replied that they are restricted from selling to most other country’s, including Panama.

I am looking for a US Doctor that will act as a middleman to get my replacement and am hoping that someone on this forum will help.
