I researched the best sleep mask as i have been struggling with falling asleep lately due to light sensitivity and inconsistent sleep at night. i have been experiencing frequent interruptions in my sleep, waking up too early, and feeling tired even after spending enough hours in bed. i went through reviews from trusted sources like Amazon customer reviews, Sleep Foundation, and Healthline and after comparing many options these two kept coming up as the top choices:
Manta Pro Sleep Mask

DROWSY Silk Sleep Mask
https://www.amazon.com/DROWSY-Silk-Sleep-Mask-Skin-Hydrating/dp/B08NHF4HCS?th=1
however, i am having trouble deciding which one would be better for me and i would love to get your expert advice and hoping maybe some sleep specialists or people who have dealt with light-related sleep issues on this forum can also share their advice.
i usually sleep on my side and need something that blocks light completely without feeling tight or uncomfortable. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

After posting my thread on the forum, I realized I wasn’t getting any response from the community, so I decided to move forward on my own and take a risk. After doing a lot of research and comparing different options, I finally chose the Manta Pro Sleep Mask. It stood out for its comfort, light blocking ability, and overall quality. I’ve been using it for a while now and it’s been a solid choice for better sleep.

I would not really call it a risk to go with the Manta Pro Sleep Mask. I also 've been using a Manta sleep mask myself for the past few months and it has worked really well for me.
The standout feature is the true 100% light blocking, thanks to the adjustable eye cups that create a proper seal without putting pressure on your eyes. As a side sleeper, I also found it very comfortable since it doesn’t feel tight or get pushed into your face like flatter masks often do. It’s breathable, lightweight, and the zero-pressure design is great especially if you have sensitive eyes or longer lashes.
In my experience, it is a reliable and comfortable option if your main goal is complete darkness and better sleep quality.
