i have a full face cpap mask, any recommendations for a black out eye mask that that I can use under it?
Might depend on the mask you’re using, but I have a Manta Sleep mask. Fits under my dreamwear full face mask and is super comfortable. A little pricey but well worth the investment imo.
Ditto on the Manta (slim one)! I love mine and it fits under well.
Most of them should work fine, I just have some random one off of amazon.
I’ve been using the Manta Pro Sleep Mask with my full face CPAP mask and it’s honestly been one of the best options I’ve tried. The blackout coverage is excellent, it feels really comfortable around the eyes, and it doesn’t put extra pressure on the mask seal while sleeping.
It’s also adjustable, so it fits nicely under a CPAP setup without feeling bulky. A bit more expensive than regular eye masks, but definitely worth it for better sleep quality in my experience.
