Hello, I’m new to this forum, my name is Val. I’m from Québec and my sleep chronotype is definitely Wolf, no dought about that!
But there is a particularity about me that makes me currious, I can spend many days without sleep, for some reason or another, and when I do, I actualy become more hyper. As in the less sleep I get, the more hyper I become, sometimes to the point where I annoye myself and others a little bit…
Any thoughts on that?
Also, I want to mention that (although not diagnosed for lack of a doctor) I have ADD with no H at all, but if I stay up a night or 2 then the H side definitely wakes-up, is that something you’ve heard before?
