I’ve always gravitated towards late nights and sleeping late, school and work never let me sleep at the time it felt natural but have recently been working a night shift job and can sleep at my preferred time (bed around 3-6am, wake up around 11am-2pm) and have been getting better sleep than I ever have. I guess it’s just odd and friends and family tend to worry about me

Hey there,
I’ve always been on this same sleep schedule naturally myself.
My mother and sisters would fight to wake me up for school. Working AM jobs was never an (easy) option.
There needs to be a 5th chronotype, or my sleep part of the brain is broken.
Working as a contracted employee lets me build around this sleep schedule and it’s definitely what my body and especially brain prefer. My brain pops off at night.
