Most Comfortable Pillows for Side Sleepers, Expert advice to choose

I’ve been researching the best pillows for side sleepers over the past few days because my neck and shoulder pain has become unbearable. Turns out, the right pillow makes all the difference. Here’s what I found I went deep into expert reviews on SleepFoundation.org, Consumer Reports, and top-rated picks on Amazon. Two pillows consistently showed up as the best for side sleepers:
DONAMA Cervical Pillow
Ultra Pain Relief Cooling Pillow
I mostly sleep on my side, and deal with:
– Neck pain
– Shoulder tension
– Waking up feeling unrested
Both pillows seem solid, but I’m having trouble deciding which would suit me better. If you’ve tried either of these pillows (or a different one that changed your sleep game), I’d love to hear your recommendation. Looking for something supportive but not rock-hard, cool, and designed for side sleepers.
Thanks in advance

I have two go-to solutions for pillows.

My preferred solution is two medium firm top quality goose down pillows. They run about $400-500 for a set and last 18-24 months. Expensive.

My fallback is one firm feather pillow and one medium goose down, quality doesn’t need to be as high. Less expensive, about $150/set and lasts about the same time period. The firm one needs replacing after about 12 months buts that’s ok cause it is the least expensive.

I always sleep on my side and have long shoulders, so the support is necessary.
