Good day , I’ve always been a poor sleeper but hitting menopause and this revealing an ADHD diagnosis and chronic insomnia on top but also now after buying a home tester kit (I’m in the UK) it has revealed I have mild positional sleep apnea - so I’ve been trying to train myself to side sleep instead of my back with a special pillow, nothing seems to work. What do I do now are all these issues fighting against each other ? I’m so exhausted and don’t have any finances left , nobody has any answers here in the uk and my doctor just says there are no sleep disorder clinics on the NHS (our health service ) so feel a bit lost …any further suggestions greatly appreciated ![]()
