Upper respiratory resistance syndrome (UARS)

Hi,

By conducting some online research, imputing my sleep test data and AI. I feel like I have UARS. does anyone else have experience with this syndrome? Is it a widely recognised syndrome?

UARS is real and recognized in sleep medicine, though it sits in a bit of a gray zone, some clinicians treat it as its own thing, others see it as part of the sleep-disordered breathing spectrum before it reaches full OSA. The tricky part is standard sleep studies can miss it, since AHI looks normal while RERAs and flow limitation tell the real story. Worth bringing your data to a sleep specialist who specifically looks at those metrics rather than just AHI.
