I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea using a home sleep study about 5 yrs. ago. I do not sleep well with my CPAP and so decided to be retested in a sleep study within a facility. I found out I do NOT have sleep apnea, what I do have is a very low oxygen level while sleeping only (80%). (I get my oxygen tested regularly during the day before having a weekly allergy shot). I went to an ENT who said I had no obstruction to my airway passages. Now what?

It sounds like you might need to look into other causes for low oxygen levels. Maybe get a second opinion or talk to a pulmonologist. They could help figure out what’s going on during sleep.
Consult a pulmonologist, it could be nocturnal hypoxemia.
