I may lose my driver's license due to "lack of CPAP compliance," but I use my CPAP every night

In January, the state of Maryland began a law that requires you to report that you have sleep apnea when you are applying for a driver’s license. Then you need to show compliance among other things. I use my CPAP every night all night, but my 180-day data showed me as less than 70% compliant (4 hours/night). I use Philips Respironics and I am desperate. I don’t want to lose my license. Does anyone have any recommendations about what I can do to make the data more accurate? I have to report 30-day data by March 12.
