I need help I haven’t slept for three days and tonight has been terrible. I have been trying to fall asleep all night long but everytime I close my eyes instead of slowly drifting off into sleep, my brain has put in a scenario already and it wouldn’t be bad but I can completely fall asleep whenever i’m in these. I just have my closed and I can feel them moving and me nothing being able to sleep. Please. I need help
Sorry to hear about your sleep troubles. If you’re going three days without sleeping, this sounds like a clinical issue. I’d recommend bringing this to your doctor.
I stumbled on this thread while searching for solutions during my own sleepless night, and man, that feeling of your brain forcing scenarios the second you close your eyes is absolutely exhausting. It’s like your mind is tired but refusing to shut down.
What finally helped me break that exact anxiety cycle was trying out some high-quality sleep gummies with CBD. I was skeptical, but taking one about an hour before sliding into bed actually quieted down that mental noise without leaving me groggy the next morning.
If you’re still dealing with this, try to avoid the heavy sleep meds if you can, and look into natural options first. Just getting that mental chatter to turn down a few notches makes a massive difference.
Three days without sleep sounds really tough. Try keeping things calm and avoid forcing sleep. If it continues, please talk to a doctor.
Yes — this is the right direction. After multiple nights with little or no sleep, it’s best not to keep battling it alone. Trying to “force” sleep often ramps up the pressure and makes the mind even louder.
For tonight, keeping things low-stimulation can help: dim lights, no clock-watching, step out of bed for a quiet activity if you’re getting frustrated, then return when sleepy. But if it’s truly been three days, or there are symptoms like panic, racing thoughts, confusion, or feeling unsafe, reaching out to a doctor/urgent care is important.
