Hey everyone,
I’ve been noticing something lately and I’m curious if anyone else deals with this too. Sometimes before going to bed I end up getting pulled into online quizzes and interactive stuff, like the telenor quiz, and I don’t even realize how much time passes.
The problem is that once I start doing these kinds of quizzes, my brain stays “switched on” and I have a really hard time falling asleep afterward. Between the bright screen, the fast-changing questions, and the little dopamine hits from answering correctly, it feels like my mind just won’t slow down.
I’m wondering if this kind of late-night screen activity is actually making sleep quality worse, even when it doesn’t feel stressful. Do things like interactive quizzes or games affect sleep differently than just watching a video or reading? And if so, what’s the best way to wind down without completely cutting off digital activities?
Would love to hear how others manage this.
